More of a Thank You than an enquiry.  Having had several correspondence to and from Ben, I would like to thank you for the items purchased.  My parents were delighted with the decorations which helped celebrate their Golden Anniversary.  Many guests commented on them.  Thank you again.  Trudy Davies

Thank you so very much, it’s along time since I have received just wonderful customer service.

Think my sister will love the decorations for her birthday party.

Sorry I didn't see you but when I walked into the Priory Hall last evening and saw the balloons I was knocked out by how fabulous they looked- the colours of the balloons were just as I had hoped despite how they look when in the packet and as for the ribbon- I couldn't really tell in the evening light which ribbon you had used  but later realised that you had had to use both greens when I collected the balloons from the venue this morning and was able to look at them more closely and guessed what had happened. I now realise I was probably making a big fuss about nothing and either green on its own would have been fine or a bit of both as you did. Anyway thanks for using your initiative- they were much prettier with curls than without and your hard work in assembling and delivering them helped to contribute to what was a totally fabulous day in every way!

I had intended  to drop you a handwritten note to thank you and shall still do so as I am so pleased with what you supplied. You were right however to blow the balloons up close to the party- by this morning they looked a little sad but nevertheless our 2 year old granddaughter had great fun with them watching them rise to the ceiling (after cutting off the weights) at about 8am this morning. By midday they were beyond raising themselves off the floor at all but by 5pm we had taken them round to my son's and my 2 grandsons (ages 6 and 2) had a whale of a time playing with them- so they gave great pleasure several times over!

With grateful thanks
